Apartments at Nova Levante in South Tyrol
Our guests have free wireless internet access in all apartments.
We also offer a bread roll service (please let us know the day before) and laundry service.
For your children we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair, we can also provide you with a changing mat and a baby monitor.
- On our sunbathing and play area you will find a playhouse, swing, sandpit with toys, a pedal tractor, ball, bicycle and table tennis table for the little ones.
- For the grown-ups we have sun loungers and a barbecue.
Dogs are welcome in the Lavender and Thyme apartments.
For our guests, the Eggental Guest Pass is included for free use of public transport.
If you arrive by bus, we can pick you up at the bus stop by prior arrangement.
If you are interested, we also offer guided tours of the farm and garden.
On request, Paula can also give a cooking course for our traditional dumpling dishes.
Eat-in kitchen of the apartment Lavendel
Kitchen-living room with balcony and wonderful view of our village and the Latemar.
The apartment is located on the top floor (south side), is approx. 45 m² in size and offers space for 2-5 people.
It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed, a large kitchen-living room with sofa bed for 2 people, corner bench, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, TV and covered south-facing balcony.
The living and sleeping areas have natural wood flooring.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
The apartment Thymian
Kitchen-living room with balcony and wonderful view of our village and the Latemar.
The apartment is located on the top floor (south side).
It is approx. 40m² in size and offers space for 2-4 people.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with antique pinewood furniture. The beds have been newly restored and adapted to standard dimensions. Pinewood is known to have a very positive effect on our bodies.
The eat-in kitchen consists of a sofa bed for 2 people, electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, TV and covered south-facing balcony. The living and sleeping areas have natural wood flooring.
The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, shower cubicle and hairdryer.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided.
Dogs welcome by arrangement.
The aparment Melisse
The Melisse apartment is located on the first floor on the south-west side in the adjacent building (2013) and is approx. 50 m² in size and offers space for 2-5 people.
From the eat-in kitchen and the adjoining terrace (south-west) you have a wonderful view of the Latemar.
The apartment is located next to our herb garden and directly on the lawn with play and barbecue facilities.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single room with the possibility of an extra bed.
The rooms have natural wood floors and are furnished with solid wood furniture.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a corner bench, sofa bed for 1 child, TV, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, coffee machine and kettle.
The bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin, shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided.
